Individualized Meditation Sessions

My meditations combine the presence of Mindfulness meditation and the feeling of Heart Rhythm Meditation. If you have a question about meditation or a concern about a specific area of your life and you want to address it with a daily meditation practice, consider scheduling an individualized session with me. Together, we will discuss your concern and then meditate on that specific concern, using mindfulness and the wisdom of your inner heart-space, at a pace set for you and your level of experience.

What is Heart Rhythm Meditation™?

Heart Rhythm Meditation was developed and refined by Susanna and Puran Bair, founders of the meditation school iamHeart. This is an embodied meditation that brings us as meditators into deeper awareness of our inner landscape, and into the experience of our heartbeat and breath, specifically. By matching these two fundamental rhythms of the body, we begin to enter into an experience of great depth and develop an awareness of our innermost wisdom that resides in the space of our hearts. This meditation has been effective in achieving greater calm, centeredness, and stress management in today's busy world.
