Weekly Group Meditations

Learn to get in touch with the richness of your inner landscape through the connection between the heartbeat and full breath, and through connection with other meditators. Heart Rhythm Meditation can help with emotional regulation and promote a sense of calm, and with practice, can put you in touch with the awareness of your truest self. Join me in this exploration of the inner world Saturdays at 9:00am MT. Each session will begin with a brief check-in or explanation, a 15-20 minute meditation, and a debriefing for questions. Classes will meet weekly over Zoom. All are welcome at any time!
